Dear Joslyn Center Members & Supporters,

The Board of Directors of the Joslyn Center is grateful for our engaged and active members from throughout the local communities. We are reminded every day that The Joslyn Center is a vital part of the lives of our members and the community we serve. As we move forward into the next phase of our transition to a new Executive Director. I want to let you know how we will be approaching the next several weeks.

With the transition of the Interim Executive Director to a project consultant effective February 2, we want to ensure you are fully informed about the leadership coverage plan that will guide the Center though this transition period.

• Diane Sylvester will serve as the on‑site lead, overseeing daily operations and acting as the primary point of contact for staff, members, and community partners.
• Jack Newby will be on the premises each Thursday for five hours in a consulting role. His work will focus on special projects that support continuity and organizational stability.
• Barbara Mitchell, Board President, will be on site four hours on Friday with an additional on-site day to be scheduled flexibly based on organizational demands. Her presence will provide governance support, leadership continuity, and oversight during this interim period.

The Search Committee continues to work closely with Koya Partners on the Executive Director search. We will keep you informed as our efforts progress.

This plan is designed to maintain consistent leadership presence, support staff, and ensure uninterrupted service to our members and community.
