Joslyn Center Members,

Our next Coffee with Board Members will be on Wednesday, October 8, at 8:30a.m. at the center. This will be a special session because joining us will be representatives of Koya Partners, the firm that will be assisting us in the search for a new Executive Director for Joslyn. They will explain all aspects of the search and set the stage for some listening sessions with Joslyn Center members that will follow at 9:30-11:00 and 11:00-12:30.

No need to sign up for the Coffee with Board Members, but if you would like to participate in one of the two 60-90 minute sessions with these representatives, please sign up in advance by October 6 with Diane Sylvester, in-person, email: DianeS@JoslynCenter.org. or call 760-895-4650. We will have up to 40 members in each of the two sessions with an opportunity to offer insight into the qualities and skills that should be considered in recruiting the new Executive Director.

If you are unable to participate, a stakeholder questionnaire to share your input and ideas on the ideal profile for our new Executive Director is available. You are welcome to share your comments and feedback via the questionnaire link provided below. Please complete the questionnaire by 5p.m. on Friday, October 10th.

Your feedback and comments will provide valuable perspective and feedback to Koya on the competencies, personal attributes, priorities, highlights, and challenges for this role and our organization as we move forward.
