Barbara J. Mitchell LCSW, retired as a public mental health professional and manager from Riverside County Behavioral Health with over 35 years of experience. She is the Chair for IHSS Advisory Council, Secretary for Riverside County Foundation on Aging, Parliamentarian for Advisory Council on Aging, and acts as Treasurer for California Foundation on Aging.

Mary Gilstrap is a litigation partner of Roemer & Harnik LLP and has been practicing law for over 23 years, concentrating on business litigation and contested trust and probate matters in both state and federal courts as well as administrative agencies.
